The conference provide an in-depth analysis of the top 5 risk management areas, 6 practical processes, and 7 regulatory key points that Chinese listed companies should focus on when “going global”. It will also compare, select, and apply the top 5 legal systems overseas. Additionally, the conference concentrate on 21 areas that Chinese listed companies should pay attention to in their overseas compliance operations, discussing risk management strategies and solutions in depth.

The conference invite overseas lawyers to participate in discussions and feature keynote speeches from business and academic experts.
